I love working with the couples who have different and original ideas for their wedding. From the initial emails with Sam I knew they were planning something special. I was very excited about being there to document it. The weather didn’t look very promising in the morning. But around midday the sun came out to play and we had clear blue skies until sunset. I love how much effort everyone put into this wedding, DIY weddings have that extra dimension. When you look at the reception details you can see the creativity and talent of those who contributed.

My personal favourite was the input of all the helpers who did the desserts, wow, that was a piece of heaven right there. The ceremony took place in the beautiful woodlands of Green Farm in Kent, such a stunning setting just perfect for wedding photographer kent. I have to mention Eddie – Jordan’s grandad – he’s presence took the ceremony to a another emotional and spiritual level. Such a beautiful moment! The entire wedding had a great vibe and being a part of that kind of celebration makes my job the best job ever!
