Wedding at Northbrook Park
Some weddings just have that spark from the very beginning — and wedding at Northbrook Park it in abundance. A hot summer’s day, the kind where everything feels a little more vibrant, set the tone for a wedding that was equal parts stylish, emotional, and wildly fun.

The day began with morning prep on both sides, and the energy was already sky-high. Paras got ready surrounded by her girls, laughter echoing through the room, champagne flowing, and music setting the mood. At the same time, Aedan and the boys were having just as much fun — relaxed, playful, and buzzing for what was about to unfold. It’s always special when both sides feel equally alive before the ceremony even begins.

The ceremony of this wedding at Northbrook Park took place in the beautiful main room, filled with light and anticipation. There’s something timeless about weddings like this — emotional without feeling heavy, elegant without trying too hard. You could feel how much it meant to everyone in the room.

After the ceremony, the celebration naturally flowed into the gardens for group photos and one of the most meaningful parts of the day — a traditional Iranian ceremony to honour the bride’s heritage. Moments like this are always incredibly special to document. The blend of cultures added depth and personality to the day, giving it a rhythm that felt truly unique. It wasn’t just a wedding; it was a celebration of identity, family, and roots.

Visually, this wedding at Northbrook Park was a dream to photograph. Paras was the definition of a stylish bride — effortlessly elegant with details that stood out in the most beautiful way. Her veil, in particular, completely stole the show. Light, flowing, and almost cinematic in how it moved, it kept catching my eye all day. I’ll be honest — when I got home and started going through the images, I realised I’d taken way too many photos of just the veil. But sometimes you can’t help it. When something looks that good, you lean into it.

And then there was the car. A seriously cool addition to the day and an absolute magnet for the camera. Sleek, characterful, and full of personality — the kind of detail that adds a layer of editorial edge to a wedding gallery. It was one of those elements I kept circling back to, finding new angles, new compositions, new ways to frame it with the couple.

As the day moved into the evening, the Iranian traditions continued with one of the most fun moments — the famous knife dance before cutting the cake. If you’ve ever witnessed it, you’ll know it brings instant energy to the room. Playful, interactive, and full of laughter, it perfectly reflected the spirit of the celebration.

From the first track, the dance floor was packed and stayed that way all night. No slow start, no polite easing in — just full-on celebration. The kind of atmosphere where you know people will be talking about it for years. Hands in the air, heels off, ties loosened — pure joy.

Weddings like this are why I love what I do. A beautiful setting in Surrey, incredible energy, meaningful traditions, and a couple completely in the moment from start to finish. It was epic in every sense of the word — emotional, stylish, and unforgettable

If you’re planning a wedding at Northbrook Park and looking for a Surrey wedding photographer who captures both the elegance and the energy of the day, this one is a perfect example of how magical it can feel when everything comes together just right. If you are also after the wedding film you have to see this wedding in Ibiza or this one in France.
